The DS brand established its motorsports division “DS Performance” and focused on developing electrification technology by participating in the “Formula E Championship,” a single-seater motorsport championship for electric cars every season.

In Korea, the brand launched its first pure electric vehicle model “DS 3 Crossback E-Tense” in 2020. We held a media event that meant opening the door to the electrification strategy DS will implement in Korea.

In addition, we carried out small group test-drive events on a regular basis to offer opportunities to deeply experience its efficient e-powertrain. It focused on offsetting misunderstanding on “driving range,” which was one of the key barriers for buying an electric vehicle, while emphasizing the concept of luxury e-mobility.
